We are happy to announce the release of RacksDB v0.6.0!

RacksDB is an open-source solution to model your datacenter infrastructures using simple YAML files. This minor release focuses on usability improvements and licensing evolution:

  • Automatic paging in the CLI output. Long outputs produced by the racksdb command are now automatically paged through a pager when connected to a terminal, making it much easier to inspect large datasets without having to pipe manually to external tools.
  • Adoption of the MIT License. RacksDB is now distributed under the permissive MIT license, further encouraging adoption and contributions across organizations and ecosystems. See the announcement post for context about this change across our projects.
